10 Fitness-Tips for a better health

Fitness-Tip No.1:


- Make movement a part of your life  

This means i.e.: Walk a lot. Use the bike. Exercise in the office 5 to 6 times a day. But keep it short and simple. Just do 2 exercises: One for the body tension and one for your mobility. It takes you altogether 3 - 5 minutes.
